Juniper Grill is hosting a wine-tasting dinner, with our guests savoring a menu prepared by our very own Robbie Doyle, and then guided to the perfect wine pairing for each item by Wine Rep Wade Fox.

Our Featured Chef for the Evening Dinner, Robbie Doyle

Robbie Doyle has been with Juniper Grill for four years. Starting out as a dishwasher, he quickly moved up and became a line cook after one month. Cooking has always been a passion of his, and this challenge pushed him to develop his skills on the fly. After a few years on the line, Robbie was promoted to Sous Chef at the Juniper Grill Cranberry location. This past July he was presented with a tremendous opportunity to move to the Peters Township location as Executive Chef.

Robbie credits his success to his family for their unwavering support as well as Juniper’s Corporate Chef Chris Perrin for his culinary development. Additionally, Robbie would like to give a shout-out to the entire staff at Peters for their support and helpfulness during his transition.

A classic-stuffed pasta, featuring a savory braised short rib.

Wine Rep Wade Fox Gives a Run Through on Pairings

Soup: Joel Gott Unoaked Chardonnay

The Chardonnay makes for a warm, nutty compliment to a savory vegetable soup.

Salad: Alta Vista Brut Rose

The sweet notes of the Rose goes hand-in-hand with our winter salad.

Agnolotti: Intercept Red Blend

A solid choice for lovers of red wines and meat-filled pasta alike, if not for an already excellently bold and rich combo.

Lamb: Quilt Cabernet Savignon

This crafty piece of work that is our rack of lamb also calls for something red, and deserves no less than a complex and robust Cabernet Savignon.

Pudding: Terra D’Oro Zinfandel Port

A tasty treat calls for a dessert wine, and none better than this Zinfandel Port.

A Special Visit from Santa

As if the occasion was not festive enough, Santa Claus will be dropping in for all the fun with guests and fine food. Happy Holidays!
